Terms of Service
Effective and last updated August 13, 2026. These terms govern auditmyrepair.com, the free Quote Risk Scan, and the invitation-only Full Quote Audit offered by Young Digital LLC under the Audit My Repair brand.
Agreement and eligibility
Free Quote Risk Scan
The website may generate a free automated Quote Risk Scan from the information you enter. It is not a paid report, an appliance diagnosis, repair advice, a final recommendation, or a representation that a human has reviewed your submission. Automated matching may be incomplete, conservative, or unavailable for a particular model or repair.
Submitting information for a Quote Risk Scan does not create a purchase, authorize a charge, guarantee eligibility for a paid review, or require Audit My Repair to offer a paid service.
Full Quote Audit - invitation only
The Full Quote Audit is a personalized, document-based evaluation of one appliance repair estimate for one appliance and one complete model number. The Founding Customer price is $29 for the first five completed paid audits. The standard price is $39 as a one-time purchase afterward, with no subscription or automatic add-ons.
Every Full Quote Audit is compiled on behalf of one identified customer for that customer's exclusive personal use. Young Digital LLC will not sell, license, publish, or furnish that customer-specific report to another customer.
- Availability is by invitation only after Audit My Repair screens the Quote Risk Scan submission for supported coverage, adequate documentation, safety limitations, and the ability to produce a materially useful review.
- Eligible customers may receive a manual Stripe invoice with a Stripe-hosted payment page. No payment is collected through auditmyrepair.com, and work does not begin until payment succeeds.
- The personalized PDF is delivered by email within 24 hours after both successful payment and receipt of all required documents.
- The founding-customer price is limited to the first five completed paid audits. Capacity may also be limited to protect report quality. An invitation is not guaranteed, and availability may pause when capacity is reached.
- Unsupported, unsafe, materially incomplete, or dual-review cases may be declined before payment. A paid case may be refunded if a materially useful report cannot be completed.
Current pilot status: dedicated Bluevine business banking and Stripe invoice testing are complete. Up to five founding-customer audits may be offered by manual Stripe invoice after eligibility screening. Public checkout and automatic payment links remain disabled.
Paid report scope and delivery
The Full Audit may address quote completeness, part-to-model compatibility, diagnostic support, labor and price position, repair-versus-replacement context, material red flags, missing documentation, and questions for the repair provider. Findings are limited to the documents, model information, quote details, and dated sources available for review.
The final deliverable is a personalized PDF sent to the email address supplied with the request. Delivery timing begins at the later of successful payment or receipt of complete required documents. Customer-caused delay, incomplete files, a changed quote, a new model, or substantial new evidence may pause the delivery period or require a new review.
Clarifications and corrections
Each delivered Full Audit includes one clarification request submitted within seven calendar days of delivery. The clarification must concern the same quote and documents reviewed. A new appliance, model, quote, repair scope, or substantial new evidence is a new review rather than a free revision.
A material factual or transcription error by Audit My Repair will be corrected at no charge. The customer should send the report, issue, and supporting document to support@auditmyrepair.com.
Refund policy
- Before delivery, the customer may request a full refund any time before the personalized PDF is emailed.
- A full refund is issued for a duplicate charge, inability to produce a materially useful report, a missed 24-hour delivery commitment without customer-caused delay, or a material Audit My Repair error that cannot be corrected promptly.
- After delivery, the completed personalized service is not refundable for a change of mind. A correctable material error receives a corrected report at no charge; if it cannot be corrected, the audit fee is refunded.
- Refunds return to the original payment method. Audit My Repair will never request a complete card number by email.
Informational service and limitations
Audit My Repair provides independent, document-based consumer information. It does not inspect, diagnose, repair, install, sell, or authorize appliance work; provide emergency, engineering, legal, tax, insurance, or warranty advice; guarantee part fit, price, technician findings, repair success, safety, coverage, or a particular outcome; or replace an appropriately qualified onsite professional.
Do not rely on the site to operate, test, bypass, disassemble, or continue using an appliance that may involve fire, heat, electricity, gas, refrigerant, active water, food-safety, recall, or other safety concerns. Stop use and contact an appropriately qualified professional or emergency service when circumstances require it.
You are responsible for confirming the complete model and serial information, the current quote and scope, manufacturer instructions, safety notices, warranty or recall status, and any final decision to repair or replace.
Payments, taxes and third-party services
During the limited founding-customer pilot, eligible customers may pay through a manual Stripe invoice. Before an invoice is issued, the customer must provide a billing country, state, and postal code. Stripe processes payment information under its own terms. Audit My Repair does not receive or store complete card numbers. A payment obligation exists only after an invoice is issued and the customer chooses to pay it.
Young Digital LLC is provisionally treating each customer-specific Full Quote Audit as proprietary information compiled for a particular client's exclusive use under Louisiana R.S. 47:301.3(10)(b)(ii) while written classification guidance is pending. Louisiana sales tax is not currently added to the pilot invoice. If applicable law or agency guidance requires different treatment, invoicing and registration practices will be updated before further taxable collections.
The website also relies on third-party hosting, forms, email, analytics, and external information sources. Their services may be interrupted or governed by separate terms. See the Privacy Policy for current providers and data practices.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may use the service only for lawful, personal evaluation of a genuine appliance-repair quote. Do not submit unlawful material, another person's information without authority, malicious code, automated traffic, false payment activity, or content that infringes another person's rights.
The Audit My Repair name, site design, scoring framework, report structure, text, graphics, and original content are owned by Young Digital LLC or used with permission. You may retain a report for personal use but may not resell, publish, scrape, reproduce, train a competing system from, or commercially exploit the service without written permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, uninterrupted operation, or a guaranteed outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Young Digital LLC and Audit My Repair will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for repair, replacement, property, food, business, data, or personal losses resulting from reliance on the service. For a paid Full Audit, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific report giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms as the pilot, providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
These terms are governed by Louisiana law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, contact us so both sides can attempt an informal resolution.
